I have nothing to say bad about this place because they are "ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL"! Came highly recommended by one of their relatives via word of mouth for my daughter's Baptism celebration. They were very accommodating and helpful. Made the first interaction prior to the day so welcoming. I love how cozy the place is and how clean and put together it looks. The food was absolutely delicious. I came with a large group and EVERYONE loved it! The owner and staff are so kind that they make you feel like you are part of their family. I look forward to going back there really soon. Thank you to everyone who made my daughter's Baptism Day so beautiful!
Absolutely spectacular. Open the doors and enter New York, circa 1993. It feel like home, it tastes like home.
We were a party of 11 and went here for a pre-show (at the Paramount Theater) dinner. A special table was set-up for us which was wonderful. Nearly everyone ordered from the 4 Course Price Fixe Menu. Orders were taken down in an orderly fashion and each served course was brought out in an orderly fashion with no mix-ups. Such a pleasure! Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Special raves for the Eggplant Rollatini, Stuffed Mushrooms, Veal Parm, and Lobster/Crab Ravioli! YUM! The selection of desserts was many and my cannoli was very good, most especially with the cappuccino I ordered. Can't wait to return!
I'm Italian love to eat!! Trust me the food is as good as ArthurAvenue. Toasty bread hot crunchy Chicken Parmesan excellent ( I can't eat chicken not melting in my mouth) and pasta aldente(hard) was the most exciting cause it's rare generally mush spaghetti served at Albanian/Italian restaurants.
great food wonderful places to go eat , i gave my wife a 70 birthday, over 100 people. everybody had a great time.
A tasty meal and good location if you're waiting for the train. Staff were also excellent. Just felt a bit expensive for pasta.
Huge portions, I ate my entree in three dinners; one at the restaurant and two at home. Our family of 6, influenced by Grandmas Italian cooking enjoyed it all. Service was attentive and friendly and the wine list was extensive. My only regret is that we went here on a beautiful, warm, clear evening, and while the setting is just steps from the Hudson, there is only one window seat in the bar area. I will definitely be back on a cold or rainy night when the cozy, dim, dining area can be better appreciated. Thanks for a lovely evening.
Food is delicious. The bread is homemade and served warm with butter. The Mussels are my favorite Appetizer! The staff is very friendly. A quick walk to the Peekskill Hudson River with the most amazing sunsets!! Views from outdoor sitting are Fantastic of Hudson River!!
